Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the recruitment team here at Clarivate. This person will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles. A significant portion of your efforts will be focused on sourcing high quality Technical, Finance, Product and Sales professionals across Clarivate's two divisions: the Science Group and Intellectual Property Group.

This is a hands-on role, executing all aspects of the recruitment process and determining innovative ways to attract high caliber talent as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience and an interest in marketing and/or digital recruiting techniques and campaigns.

Primary Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of his/her recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively
  • Execute all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices
  • Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively attract candidates
  • Create compelling recruitment campaigns that utilize a variety of digital content to increase brand awareness, generate applications and/or future leads
  • Develop and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates. Deliver the right messages to the right candidates to maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand
  • Develop solid understanding of Clarivate’s business and EVP to serve as a face of the organization when communicating with the candidates and business leaders
  • Report on status and effectiveness of sourcing efforts and KPIs.
  • Recommend process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a business or related field is strongly preferred
  • At least three to five years experience in full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting role
  • Demonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions/roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision
  • Be exceptionally client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders, hiring managers and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders
  • Be marketing savvy, with experience integrating and executing marketing plans into your recruiting strategy
  • Have advanced working knowledge of a variety of digital sourcing techniques (digital career fairs, digital attraction techniques, digital sourcing and assessment tools, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment for a rapidly growing company
  • Working knowledge of an ATS and/or CRM, ideally Workday and/or Phenom as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job boards
  • Demonstrate curiosity and learning agility to develop a strong knowledge of our business, products and services
  • You must possess a global mindset and experience recruiting internationally with proven success is highly desirable
