Our advanced recruitment process ensures a strategic as well as cultural fitment between a prospective employee and us.

You are advised to carefully read these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice before using this website.

  1. 1.  Your consent

    By completing this online form, you hereby agree and provide your voluntary consent to DRG and its related, group, and/or affiliated companies, including but not limited to, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, joint ventures, authorized agents, consultants, customers, and representatives, wherever they may be located. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in the way mentioned within this online form, please do not use the DRG Workable Site or otherwise provide the relevant DRG company with your personal information. Your provision of personal information in connection with recruiting is voluntary, and you determine the extent of information you provide to DRG; you acknowledge that if you decide not to provide information, it may affect our ability to consider your candidacy for employment or your candidacy for the internal job applied for.

  2. 2.  How do we use your personal information?

    The information, data and documents you provide and any other personal information (including but not limited to name, address, e-mail address, user name, telephone number, age, date of birth, gender, education qualifications, household information, posts and other content you submit to our sites, sensitive information such as information relating to your health life) obtained about you during the recruitment process may be held, processed and disclosed in accordance with applicable laws for purposes of:

    1. evaluating and processing your candidacy (including assessing your skills, qualifications and interests for career opportunities),
    2. human resource analysis,
    3. verifying your information and conducting reference and background checks,
    4. improving the recruitment process, and
    5. for compliance with any applicable procedures, laws, and regulations.

    If you are hired, the information may be used in connection with employment and corporate management. In addition, DRG’s websites may use cookies and other electronic communication protocols, and DRG’s website privacy policyis available for your reference on its site.

    Through our subject access request form, we provide you with reasonable access to view and review your personal information and request correction and deletion where appropriate. In order to protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your personal information in order to protect your privacy.

  3. 3.  Who do we share your personal information with?

    As a global business, DRG may share your personal information with Decision Resources Group Companies, service providers and other trusted third parties based outside the country in which you live so that they may process that data on our behalf as necessary, in connection with recruiting, employment, corporate governance, acquisitions and legal or regulatory requirements. DRG requires that its service providers and such other third parties keep your personal information confidential and that they only use the personal information in furtherance of the specific purpose for which it was disclosed.

    We may share your personal information with:

    1. law enforcement or government authorities where they have followed due legal process to request us to disclose the information,
    2. third party providers of services, if you have any queries about our third party service providers, and/or
    3. web analytics tool providers.

By using a DRG and/or DRG’s Workable Site or otherwise providing DRG’s Human Resources or Recruitment personnel with personal information, you agree to us doing so in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws and regulations. DRG will ensure to a reasonable extent that anyone processing your personal information outside your country of origin is required to implement measures to protect it and is only entitled to process it in accordance withDRG’s instructions.

While your personal information is in another country, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in that country in accordance with its laws.

    We take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure and require any third parties that handle or process your personal information for us to do the same. Access to your personal information is restricted to prevent unauthorised access, modification, or misuse, and is only provided to our employees and agents on a need-to-know basis.

    3. would like us to correct, update, or delete your personal information in our records, and/or
    4. wish to report any misuse of your personal information.

    To assist us in dealing with your request, please provide your full name and details, and we may ask that you submit the subject access request form.

  7. 7.  Changes to our terms of use and privacy agreement

    We may change our Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement from time to time and post the updated version of the same. We encourage you to visit frequently to stay informed about how we use your personal information.

    You do hereby:

    1. Verify that the information, data, and documents provided by you for your
      candidacy are true and genuine to the best of your knowledge and belief.
    2. Assure and agree that you shall keep all the information, details, and discussions
      that you have during your recruitment process confidential and shall not disclose the same to any third party/parties.

    Any misrepresentation or false statements made by you in your online application may be sufficient cause for:

    1. Disqualification from consideration for employment with DRG and Decision Resources Group Companies; or
    2. Termination from employment should such relevant misrepresentation or false
      statement affect the basis of the employment relationship, as permitted by law.
