Print Materials
We incorporate a variety of print materials into our training curricula. On our shelf we have two reference books: The Managed Care Account Management workbook and the Healthcare Quality Measures Guidebook. We also create takeaway tools/job aids, fact sheets, executive briefings, and coaching guides that can help managers coach their direct reports when on field rides. Print tools are designed in color and delivered in PDF format. Interactive PDF tools can also be created when appropriate for the project.
Coaching Guides for Managers
Coaching guides are tools that can help learners integrate new learning into practice. These print-based tools are provided for managers and may include content reviews, discussion questions, and activities that the managers can use to help their direct reports retain and implement new learning and best practices.
Takeaway Tools, Job Aids, and Fact Sheets
Enduring support tools are provided directly to learners to help them recall key concepts and important information, and to aid in decision support after they have left training.
Interactive Print Tools (PDFs)
Interactive PDF files include editable areas such as type-in fields and checkboxes that enable the reader to interact with the document. When it meets the needs of the project, these types of PDFs can be created for use by learners, managers, or others who are involved in the training process.
