Despite the recent launches of several new therapies, adding to the range of pharmacotherapies available for treating PAH, and contributing to the complexity of the PAH treatment algorithm, a number of key unmet needs remain. These include novel efficacious therapies for PAH able to prolong survival, and therapies able to significantly improve a PAH patients’ QOL.
