Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, the nation's largest integrated insurer, is continuing its expansion agenda, building new facilities to support its growing membership base, and extending its operating territory. The addition of health insurance exchange members to its health plans has helped bring needed critical mass to its smaller plans in the mid-Atlantic and Georgia.
