Steve leads DRG’s Social Intelligence division, bringing over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and social analytics. He has worked with clients like Novartis, GSK, Janssen, and others, developing leading edge research programs with social data, and cultivating strategies that improve market positioning, contribute to product innovation and show new revenue growth. He has been a featured speaker and thought leader at Digital Pharma, SXSW, the American Marketing Association (AMA), as well as social media technology conferences like Brandwatch NYK and has been covered in several case studies by tech giant Salesforce.com on driving innovation with social media data and insights.

Prior to DRG, Steve was a Sr. Solutions Architect at Dell Digital Services, where he led GTM for the company’s social insights practice. Before joining Dell, Steve spent several years in the social analytics technology space as a Solutions Consultant.
