Rachel has a combination of experience within health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) consultancy and the heath care provider (HCP) sector. Rachel’s most recent responsibilities, prior to her re-joining DRG Abacus, were for the development of outcomes frameworks and commercial incentives for contracting for capitated outcomes based incentivised care contracts, supporting NHS and local authority commissioners and HCPs seeking to deliver system transformation and person-centred, outcomes-based integrated care for their populations.

 

Rachel has formerly been a hospital manager, responsible for the operational, financial and human resources (HR) management of a number of psychiatric facilities. Within consultancy, Rachel has successfully managed a number of global market access, value communication and evidence generation projects.

 

Rachel has a Masters in Biochemistry from University of Oxford, a Masters in Public Health from Colombia University, and a Diploma in Health Economics from the University of York.
