Dr. Srikanth Rajagopal, better known to his clients and colleagues as “Doc”, is a Partner with DRG Consulting.

Doc has over 12 years of global management consulting experience, during which he has had the privilege of supporting many of the world’s most respected and admired pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to address complex commercial strategy challenges across the US, Europe and Emerging Markets.

His areas of interest include, but are not limited to, organic and inorganic growth strategy, market and therapy area entry strategy, market access strategy, portfolio prioritization and optimization, valuation and commercial due diligence, innovation and new business models and healthcare systems and policy.

Doc brings specific expertise in brand, franchise and portfolio-level market sizing, forecasting and commercial opportunity assessment, qualitative market research, analogue analysis, competitor benchmarking, scenario planning and risk analysis, and in conducting workshops to define vision, mission and aspirations and to facilitate decision-making under uncertainty to his projects with clients.

Prior to joining DRG, Doc was a Senior Principal and Global Client Partner with the global consulting practice of IQVIA, and prior to IQVIA the Asia-Pacific Life Sciences Practice Lead at Strategic Decisions Group (SDG), a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in Decision Analysis with its roots in Stanford University.

Doc holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and an MBBS (MD equivalent) from the University of Mumbai.
