David Eckford has been with DRG Consulting for 5 years. He leads projects including opportunity assessments, marketing strategy and segmentation, and market modeling/forecasting across multiple TAs. Prior to joining DR, David spent 10 years in consulting with McKinsey & Co. and L.E.K., where he focused primarily on the medical device and biopharma industries. In these industries, he led projects including opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategy, sales optimization, growth and portfolio strategy development, organizational transformation, and R&D offshoring strategy. Originally from London, he has extensive experience in Europe as well as the U.S., and speaks German. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MA from Oxford University.
