Decision Resources, Inc., a pharmaceutical research and consulting firm headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the election of Ellyn A. McColgan, president of Fidelity Investments Institutional Retirement Group, and Joseph E. McDonough, vice president, finance, and chief financial officer of Analog Devices, Inc., to its Board of Directors.

Ellyn A. McColgan is president of Fidelity Investments Institutional Retirement Group (FIIRG) which includes Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Services Company (FITSCo) and Fidelity Management Trust Company. Ms. McColgan is also a member of the operating committee of Fidelity Investments. She was named president of FIIRG in June after serving as president of FITSCo since 1996. Earlier she held senior management positions in the Fidelity Accounting and Custody Services Company as well as in Fidelity Investments Retirement Services Company. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. McColgan worked for Bank of New England and joined Shearson Lehman Brothers. A trustee of Babson College, Ms. McColgan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Montclair State College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Joseph E. McDonough is vice president, finance, and chief financial officer of Analog Devices, Inc., headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts. He has held this position since November, 1991. Mr. McDonough joined Analog Devices in 1983. Prior to joining Analog Devices, Mr. McDonough was with Arthur Young and Company, where he was a tax partner specializing in international tax matters. Mr. McDonough earned a BS in business administration at Georgetown University and an MBA at the Wharton Graduate Division at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified public accountant.
