DRG Epidemiology’s Global Leukemia Forecast, 2017-2027

Dr. Atul Sharma BDS., MPH will present DRG’s epidemiological forecast of all those living with Leukemias worldwide in 2017 and 2027. The numbers will be presented by world region and by disease activity.

  • How many people worldwide are living with Leukemias in 2017, and how will this number change over the coming decade, and what factors will be driving the change?
  • Which world regions have the greatest number of people living with Leukemias in 2017, and which region will show the greatest growth in cases over the coming decade?
  • Of all those people worldwide are living with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in 2017, how many are classified by cytogenetics, phases and mutation status?
  • How many people living with Leukemias are drug treatable?
