We are only responsible for the privacy practices and security of our own digital platforms. We may also infer your country or location from the IP address you use to access our digital platforms and we may analyze which marketing activity led to your taking specific action on our digital platforms (e.g., downloading the app).

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using Decision Resources Group’s products and services.
If you are under the age of 16, you must first tell your parent or legal guardian that you wish to register on our digital platforms and get his or her consent. You must make sure that your parent or legal guardian knows and agrees each time before you:
- email us, or ask us to email anything to you;

- enter any competition or game that requires information about you or offers a prize;

As a global business, Decision Resources Group may share your personal data with Decision Resources Group companies, partners, service providers, and other trusted third parties based outside of the country in which you live. What types of information does Decision Resources collect when conducting DRG Research Activities?
Personal Information You Submit: Decision Resources collects Personal Information that you provide to us or to third parties working on our behalf when you participate in DRG Research Activities. For example, you may submit your name in combination with your business contact information, professional qualifications, areas of specialty, your years of experience, your employer’s name and other demographic information.
Other Personal Information. We also may collect information about you from third parties or from publicly available sources.
Definition of Personal Information. “Personal Information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you and which is submitted to and/or collected by Decision Resources and maintained by Decision Resources in an accessible form, including information about you held in combination with other identifiable information. Does Decision Resources collect "sensitive" Personal Information?
Under different privacy regimes around the world, certain information including financial and health information may be deemed sensitive. This section describes how Decision Resources may collect personal health or financial information.
In connection with the DRG Research Activities, you may be asked to provide your health information. However, Decision Resources will de-identify health information prior to sharing it with third parties.
In connection with the DRG Research Activities, you may be asked to provide certain financial information in order to process honoraria payments or for legally required forms related to such payments.
Decision Resources shall adopt additional measures as required by local law for the processing of sensitive Personal Information. By providing us with sensitive Personal Information, you consent to Decision Resources collecting, transferring, storing, and processing it.
How does Decision Resources use Personal Information about me?
DRG Research Activities. We use the information that we collect to conduct surveys, to identify and recruit individuals to participate in DRG Research Activities, to interview individuals relating to our research, to create directories and compile databases of contact information, and to identify individuals who are newsworthy in connection with our research reports.
Fulfillment of Purpose. We will use the Personal Information you provide to fulfill the purpose for which it is provided. For example, we may use Personal Information about you to conduct surveys or interviews, to analyze survey results, to respond to your questions about a DRG Research Activity, and/or to conduct audits of third parties performing research services on our behalf.

It is Decision Resources© practice to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to safeguard Personal Information under our control. Does Decision Resources transfer Personal Information to different jurisdictions?
How does Decision Resources protect the privacy of children?
Decision Resources does not knowingly allow children (we define “children” as minors younger than 13) to participate in DRG Research Activities unless we have obtained parental or legal guardian consent, and in such cases, we will not collect Personal Information about the child. We do not knowingly allow children to use any of our online services.
If you are a parent and become aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us using one of the methods specified below, and we will work with you to address this issue.
How may I correct or remove Personal Information that I have provided to Decision Resources?
You may request that we remove your Personal Information from our current records or that we amend your Personal Information. Please notify us of your wishes by contacting us in one of the ways specified below. If you would like to review, correct, update or suppress Personal Information about you that has been previously provided to us, you may contact us by emailing us at or by sending us a letter to at the address in Section III.
For your protection, we will only implement such requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.
In each event, you must clearly indicate the information that you wish to have changed, or that you wish to have your Personal Information removed from our database or the limitations you wish to put on our use of your Personal Information. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. We may need to retain certain information for compliance and recordkeeping purposes, and there also may be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed. Finally, we are not responsible for removing or suppressing information from any published research or from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your Personal Information, or limiting their use of your Personal Information.
