Description

Due to the continued success and increased pipeline of our designed communication deliverables, we are seeking an experienced creative designer to join our design hub based from the Bicester office. The role requires an ability to effectively interpret client objectives into visual ideas and concepts of the highest standard and is an excellent opportunity for accomplished designers looking for a new challenge. We are particularly interested in individuals with advanced PowerPoint skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively balance multiple projects, QC own work to a high standard and ensure timely delivery of project objectives, including concept drafts.

Responsibilities include;

  • Provide design resource to a busy healthcare consultancy. Deliverables include:
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Printed materials
  • Screen designs for digital tools
  • Marketing materials
  • Provide creative direction to all deliverables, including developing designs from concept to final product
  • Develop infographics from source data, ensuring accurate interpretation and visual understanding
  • Effectively interpret client objectives into visual ideas and concepts of the highest standard. Provide innovation to constantly drive the high demand for visual communication
  • Work within the boundaries of client brand guidance and other regulatory requirements, whilst seeking to continually innovate and find creative solutions
  • Work effectively with in-house teams, particularly medical writers and digital developers, as well as with clients, to achieve project objectives
  • Communicate with line manager and appropriate project lead/project team in a transparent and reliable manner
  • Conform to house styles and processes

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a commercial environment in creative design
  • PowerPoint skills - advanced level
  • Adobe creative suite CC
  • Able to work within design guidelines or create de novo concepts
  • Ability to objectively review current product set with the aim of making them best in class in terms of usability/UX, design and functionality
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare industry desirable
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
