Sales Director (West Region )
Healthcare Business Insights (HBI) is looking for a high energy sales professional with well-developed, proven sales skills to fill our Director of Sales position for the West region. This individual must be goal oriented and have expertise in solution selling to help identify customer needs and to position HBI’s portfolio of solutions.
- Meet annual operating sales and revenue plans
- Customer Acquisition: Prospect for new sales opportunities; move deals through the sales stages: Quoting, Opportunity Management, etc.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all customer activity and forecasting metrics
- Drive funnel growth for all HBI Products and Services
- Deliver on orders, revenue and margin based on the annual operating plan
- Develop strong relationships with clients in all relevant areas of the hospital: C-Suite, Director level and Department level.
- Customer retention: Ensure current customer satisfaction to grow our client base
Qualifications – A successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years selling experience
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to quickly develop customer relationships at all levels of the organization
- Travel: 50%
- Work Location: West Coast
