Description

The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle including hiring at all levels within the organization. As a member of the People Operations, & Engagement Team, the Sr. Recruiter will help develop and drive recruitment strategy and best practices with other members of the Talent Acquisition function

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for hiring managers across multiple business units
  • Conduct sourcing of candidates through multiple systems to identify best possible candidates
  • Manage job postings through internal and external systems, including interfacing with search agencies, if applicable
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews, guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview process, make candidate offers (written & verbal), and serve as primary contact for candidates until their first day
  • Manage requisitions and candidate tracking through systems such as Workday and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure current and future success in filling open requisitions
  • Collaborate with other members of team to ideate, lead and execute global talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, Recruiting Business Partner and/or staffing agency experience a plus
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or professional services industry preferred
  • Strong consultative, relationship building, and interpersonal skills; must be able to establish credibility quickly
  • Ability to analyze historical hiring data in order to refine future approach
  • Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively to work across multiple business units and hiring managers
  • Superior sourcing skills, strong networking capabilities, and expert knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Professional courage to offer opposing ideas
