Manager, People Services

Description

Decision Resources Group is seeking a People Services Manager to deliver operational excellence and scalability of global HR shared services across the business.

Reporting to the People Services Director, you will perform specialized operational activities in support of the HR shared services function, oversee global immigration, and lead special projects and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering HR service to employees and improving efficiency on our growing team.

EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the local People Services team, ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and employee experience across all office locations
  • Proactively identify and improve operational efficiencies of global HR processes and procedures
  • Manage all global immigration cases by partnering with managers, HRBPs, and outside counsel to secure employment-based visas, green cards etc. for employees and candidates
  • Serve as Tier 2 subject matter expert across a wide spectrum of HR topics including; immigration, payroll, benefits, compliance w/ legal requirements, and organization policies and procedures
  • Ensure optimization of documentation leveraged by employees, managers and HR team members
  • Act as a conduit for communication between HRBPs, center of excellence functions and People Services
  • Spearhead special projects including annual ACA and EE01 reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR Shared Services experience
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and experience working with different countries
  • Excellent customer service skills and mindset with a strong sense of accountability to support the business/function
  • Solution oriented mindset and a creative problem solver
  • Must have the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Knowledge of global mobility and immigration requirements
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt to changing business priorities and navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR Shared Services experience
  • Workday experience preferred
