Project Manager, Analytics

The Data & Analytics team at Decision Resources Group (DRG) provides custom and semi-custom data and analytical solutions to some of the largest biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies in the world. We are seeking a self-directed, organized, and enthusiastic Project Manager, Analytics to join our dynamic, high-growth team. As a Project Manager, Analytics, you are interested in tackling the tough challenges of life sciences companies in a data-driven manner. You will help define performance as you guide team collaboration and drive relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, keeping the project on track per timeline and expectations. You will be working side-by-side with an incredible analytics team as they apply advanced methods to big data to solve consequential and complex problems


  • Coordinate cross-functional, data-driven projects to ensure deliverables are to scope, timelines and met and – mostly important – clients are satisfied
  • Serve as the “face of the project” to clients, including Fortune 100 Life Sciences companies
  • Maintain and monitor project timelines and ensure accuracy in project status and forecasting
  • Manage and communicate timelines to internal teams
  • Ensure resource and project owner accountability toward upcoming due dates and quality outputs
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings
  • Identify and raise issues and risks, and recommend action to resolve
  • Contribute to scoping of data-driven projects to balance client need, data requirements, resources requirements, and current projects portfolio
  • Develop and execute creative solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Promote inter-departmental collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet contract deadlines


  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or healthcare related field and/or equivalent education and work experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, including proficiency in all types of communication
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Background in healthcare strongly preferred
